John P. Gerstle

John brings our firm over 35 years of experience as a respected member of the Johnson County legal community, where he has built his reputation as a trial attorney specializing in complex family law and criminal defense litigation. He has served as a prosecutor in Lenexa, Kansas, has served as a pro-tem judge for the District Court of Johnson County, and has served on numerous specialized communities. John has also served twice as President of the Johnson County Bar Foundation and President of the Johnson County Bar Association from 1998-1999.

John became “of counsel” to The Jones Law Firm, P.A. in 2005, where he provides valuable support and expertise to the firm’s attorneys and clients.
