Jimmy has wide experience in assisting individuals, families, small businesses, large businesses, and local governments with their legal needs.

Upon graduating from law school, Jimmy worked for three years with Wheeler & Mitchelson, Chartered, a civil litigation, business planning, estate planning, and tax law firm located in Pittsburg, Kansas. He then worked for seven years with the Kansas City, Missouri and Leawood, Kansas based firm of Larson & Larson, P.C. In addition to continuing to develop his transactional practice, Jimmy developed extensive experience in all phases of litigation representing individuals and businesses throughout Kansas and Missouri. He also developed multi-jurisdictional litigation experience in product liability and toxic tort liability in state and federal courts in Illinois, New York, Florida, Ohio, Georgia, California, and Texas.

For three years, Jimmy worked as a trial attorney for a national insurance company representing the company as well as the company’s insured individuals and businesses in all phases of litigation. It was during this representation that Jimmy met Mike Jones of The Jones Law Firm, P.A. on opposite sides of a matter. After being mutually impressed with the quality of each other’s legal skills, Jimmy and Mike decided to work together. In early 2011, Jimmy formed Allen Law, Chartered and became Of Counsel to The Jones Law Firm, P.A.
